Ore-Lou is passionate about empowering individuals and facilitates Workshops on a regular basis. Her Workshops are ideal because they encourage interdependence and teamwork, while bringing people with similar goals, challenges and fears together. A positive and safe environment is created providing a platform for participants to interact and contribute without feeling self-conscious.
