Ore-Lou is the Founding Charter President of The Meridian Speakers in Greenwich (Toastmasters International). Her raison d'etre is: 'modelling excellence and integrity, with an element of fun'. She believes that people have to step out of their comfort zones to achieve their goals, 'because if you continue to do what you have always done, you will continue to get what you have always got'.
